Our Pumpkin Paint Day was a celebration of imagination and autumn joy! Each child picked out their perfect pumpkin, then transformed it into a masterpiece guided only by their creativity. Bright paints, big smiles, and a few giggles filled the air as little artists brought their visions to life. We captured every colorful moment — from the focused brushstrokes to the proud poses with their finished pumpkins — and shared those photos with families so they could enjoy the memories, too.
Joy and laughter filled the air at Peace Place on Saturday, October 18, 2025. We are deeply grateful to Miss Lou, an amazing woman who graciously opened the center for our Pumpkin Paint Day event.
As families arrived, each child selected their perfect pumpkin while their accompanying adult made a $5 donation. Then it was off to the paint tables, where imaginations ran wild and every brushstroke turned into a colorful masterpiece.
While the young artists were busy creating, the adults enjoyed a guided tour of Peace Place, learning about the wonderful programs and support it offers. The tour concluded with introductions to the Branches On the Spectrum Board of Directors, who shared more about our mission, vision, and farm programs that bring families together.
Once the pumpkins were dry, the children proudly posed with their creations at the photo area. We captured these joyful moments — from paint-splattered smiles to proud poses — and emailed the photos to families as lasting memories of a truly special day.
We are so thankful to everyone who joined us and to the families who continue to support our mission. It was a day filled with creativity, community, and connection — a reminder of the beauty that happens when imagination and togetherness meet.
